Objective
The objective of the activity was to verify that the company's management of materials handling on Transocean Enabler complied with regulatory requirements.
Result
Two non-conformities were identified, concerning:
- Management system – materials handling
- Rescue from personnel basket and offshore crane
No improvement points were identified.
What happens next?
We have asked Transocean to report to us by 21 October 2022 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
