The audit was conducted from 2 to 4 March 2020.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Maersk’s safeguarding of structural safety on Maersk Integrator complies with the regulatory requirements.
Result
No non-conformities were identified during the audit.
Two improvement points were identified relating to:
- Maintenance procedures
- Documentation of load computer
What happens now?
We have asked Maersk for their assessment of the improvement points observed. The deadline for replying is set at 7 April 2020.
