The audit was conducted on 8 and 9 January 2019.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to assess whether Wellesley’s systems for specification and verification of meteorological and oceanographic data (metocean data) comply with the regulatory requirements.
Result
The audit identified non-conformities with the regulations in respect of the verification of metocean reports and work processes involved in the compilation of metocean reports.
What happens now?
We have asked Wellesley to report on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
The deadline for reporting back to us is set at 8 March 2019.
