Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify whether Lundin’s management of working environment risk meets the regulatory requirements within this domain, and whether arrangements for employee participation comply with the regulations.
Result
Four nonconformities were identified in connection with:
- Follow-up subsequent to risk mapping and assessments
- Overview of combined health risk assessment
- Psychosocial conditions in the working environment
- ompetence concerning psychosocial risk
Two improvement points were also identified in connection with:
- Employee participation
- Noise exposure
What happens next?
Lundin has been given a deadline of 24 January 2020 to report on how the non-conformities and improvement points will be addressed.
