Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor that Statoil, in collaboration with the participants in the Johan Sverdrup development project, is compliant with the preconditions in the PDO, applicable regulations and relevant standards, as well as Statoil's own requirements.
The audit placed the spotlight in particular on Statoil's follow-up of the execution and commissioning of the design and arrangements for materials handling, safe use of lifting equipment, maintenance planning and preservation of plant, systems and equipment on the P1 (Processing module) and RP (Riser Platform) facilities.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Three improvement points were identified in connection with:
- Lifting operations
- Materials handling plans
- The maintenance management system
Statoil Petroleum AS has been given a deadline of 2 March 2018 to report on how the improvement points will be addressed.
