Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Pandion has a management system and exercises practical follow-up of its role as a licensee in accordance with Norwegian legislation, and that the company possesses robust competence and capacity.
Result
No non-conformities or improvement points were identified.
Pandion was qualified as a licensee in June 2017. The company has acquired assets through the acquisition of production licences from Tullow Oil Norge AS, the purchase of shares in the Valhall and Hod production licences and in connection with awards in predefined areas (APA 2017). The company has shares in ten production licences, of which four concern development and production activities and the others exploration activities.
