Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that Equinor's management of risk factors in the working environment and arrangements for genuine employee participation complied with the regulatory requirements.

The audit also examined how Equinor ensures that subcontractors and contract workers have a proper working environment when on assignment on the facility.

Result

No non-conformities were identified.

Improvement points were identified in connection with:

  • Follow-up of measures and measurement of impacts
  • Filter replacement on protective masks
  • Mapping of work on cylinder tanks
  • Protection against contact with hot surfaces
  • Risk assessments in ergonomics
  • Risk assessment of long working days and of work periods

Equinor has been given a deadline of 16 August 2018 to report on how the improvement points will be addressed.
