The audit was conducted from 2 May to 22 August 2017.

Background

Statoil DPN has undertaken a number of change processes in recent years, including technical, operational and organisational measures and solutions. To an extent, the change processes have taken place in parallel and have overlapped in time.

Objective

The objective of the audit is to verify that changes are performed so as to identify and follow up HSE risks, and so that HSE benefits are identified and realised.

Result

No non-conformities were identified during the audit, but we observed three issues categorised as improvement points. These comprised:

  • Targets for improved HSE
  • The psychosocial working environment
  • Organisation
