Objective
The purpose of the audit was to confirm that COSLPromoter has good systems for verifying structures and marine systems, specifically in respect of the scope of inspections, methodology and assessment of inspection results.
Result
The audit found no regulatory non-conformities.
Two improvement points were identified concerning the verification of watertight valves in the ventilation plant and the closing time performance requirements for shutting watertight doors by hand pump.
COSL has been asked to report on how the improvements point will be assessed by 15 July 2017.
