Objective
The objective was to confirm that NADL is meeting both the regulatory and its own requirements for ensuring continuous improvement in respect of major accident risk reduction.
The PSA wished to gain knowledge of the work processes which the company believes result in lower major accident risk. This includes how the processes are managed and how the organisation as a whole is engaged in the work.
The PSA also wanted to acquaint itself with the company's own assessment of this improvement work, including the reductions achieved in major accident risk and further related improvement work.

No non-conformities or improvement points were detected during this audit.
