Oseberg C was installed in the northern sector of the Oseberg field in 1990 and began production in December 1991. The design life of Oseberg C is 25 years. Statoil has applied for consent to extend operation of Oseberg C until 1 March 2031.
The objective of the audit was to monitor Statoil's surveying of working environment challenges and its implementation of OHAS measures in connection with the application for service-life extension.
Result
Two non-conformities were identified relating to:
- Decision support for measures in the working environment domain
- Register of employees exposed to chemicals
An improvement point was identified connected with the use of the Norwegian language.
