The objective of the audit was to monitor the fabrication of flexible risers, follow up the operator and supplier/subcontractor and verify that the project is being planned and executed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Two improvement points were identified in connection with document management, and responsibility and authority.
Statoil has been given a deadline of 10 November 2015 to report on how the improvement points will be dealt with.
