The objective of the audit was to monitor that Dolphin Drilling possesses a robust system for verifying structures and maritime systems, especially in relation to ageing mechanisms.
During the audit, we sought to elucidate how the safety of ageing facilities is handled and how learning from identified ageing mechanisms and elements in previous incidents is used in respect of structural safety and maritime systems for Borgland Dolphin, Bideford Dolphin and Bredford Dolphin.
