Equinor – Tjeldbergodden – investigation of turbine breakdown and fire

The PSA has completed its investigation of the incident involving a turbine breakdown with subsequent fire in the methanol plant at Tjeldbergodden. Serious breaches of the regulations have been identified, and Equinor has now been given an order.
