Identification of risk factors

The study covers the identification of risk factors specific to floaters, and includes stability, watertight and weathertight integrity, ballast systems, means of evacuation, positioning systems, and the management and maintenance of relevant systems. 

Risk elements, associated and missing barrier elements, as well as the effect of compensatory measures are identified and assessed in a HAZID (Hazard Identification) review.
