Sigve Knudsen replaces Anne Myhrvold, who on 30 April will have held the director position for two terms, a total of 12 years.
The colleagues at Havtil look forward to working with the new director general and wish him good luck with an important and demanding job.
Sigve Knudsen has extensive experience at Havtil and has been associated with several areas of expertise within the authority. He therefore knows the organization and its responsibilities well. Knudsen is currently the director of advice and regulations at Havtil.
Sigve Knudsen will assume the position of director general of Havtil on 1 May 2025, for a term of six years.
The Ministry of Energy is the employer of the Havtil director general and the superior ministry for the authority.
