The audit was conducted from 19 to 21 August.

Objective

During the audit, our emphasis was on shedding light on the organisation of the conversion project, the execution plan, the requirements defined for the conversion, and how follow-up of the project is organised in respect of quality and contracts. We also covered working environment factors, including the management system, fundamental requirements, the company’s own assessment of contractor follow-up, as well as employee participation and user involvement. Topics within emergency preparedness and materials handling included the design of evacuation routes, the design of the helideck and the selected lifeboat solution.

Result

No non-conformities or improvement points were identified by the audit.
